Skywind Overview
What is Skywind?
Skywind is Enhanced Minecraft Survival. This is still survival Minecraft, but upgraded with new progression, items, and features that keep the core gameplay fun and rewarding. We spent months creating a world that goes beyond normal vanilla while still feeling like Minecraft.
Getting Started:
When you join, you’ll spawn with basic starter gear. At spawn, there are Villagers that trade special items known as God Items. These items can have unique powers, custom abilities, and enchantments beyond normal survival limits. Every God Item has a colored name and performs differently in combat or exploration.
Currencies:
You do not need to pay real money to earn God Items. Skywind uses multiple in-game currencies, such as: Skywind Gems, Cash, Embers, Sky Remnants, Gold Coins, and Dragon Eggs. These can be found inside naturally generated chests in the wilderness. To explore, use /wild and look for villages, mineshafts, temples, and other structures. Loot chests to collect currency. You can save it, trade with players, or spend it at /spawn. To quickly locate any trader, use /tptrader and press TAB to view trader names. There is also a Currency Exchange villager at /spawn.
Player Trading:
Trading with players is easy on Skywind, all you have to do is go up to a player in-game, sneak + right-click to send a trade request to another player, to accept/deny trades, go in chat to click it. Trades automatically time out after 1 minute.
Keep Inventory + PvP:
Keep Inventory is OFF except for at Spawn, so you will lose your items when you die.
Repairing & Customization:
God Items cannot be repaired using normal anvils. To repair one, use the God Repair Anvil at spawn and a God Repair Elixir (repairs one God Item per week). To rename a God Item, use a God Rename Elixir (one rename per day). Armor trims can still be applied normally with a smithing table.
Enderbones:
Enderbones let you view another player’s inventory by right-clicking them up close. They are single-use items. Find them in wild chests or buy from Gorlan using /tptrader gorlan.
Events & Keys:
Skywind has daily events that you can attend to for rewards, keys, dragon eggs, and more. You can view when the next event is by pressing TAB on your keyboard in game, this displays when the next event is. Dragon Eggs, being the main currency, are the easiest to get by playing events. At spawn, you’ll see crates, if you don't you can do /warp crates. Keys are required to open them. Keys can also be bought from the store via /store.
Ranks:
Available ranks: Gold, Emerald, Diamond, and Netherite. Ranks come with perks, and new perks added in the future are automatically given to players who already own the rank. Supporting the server through ranks and keys helps fund future updates.
Essences:
Essences are special ability books that can be applied to weapons, armor, bows, shields, and tools using an anvil. You can have up to 3 Essences on one item. If an item already has 3, applying another Essence will replace one (you can re-roll until the one you want is replaced). Essences come in Tiers (1–5) and many can be combined to upgrade tiers, except armor Essences. Essences can only be obtained through the Essence Crate at /spawn using Essence Keys, which are earned from events or purchased through the store.
Quests, Cash & Pets:
Start quests using /q. Completing quests rewards Skywind Cash, which can be used in the Skywind in-game shop to purchase blocks, resources, food, and more.
You can also buy Pets—cosmetic companions that follow you around and are fully customizable. Use /pet buy to view all available pets; some can even be ridden or flown on. After purchasing a pet, spawn it with /pet spawn <pet ID>.
To ride, customize, or manage a pet, simply right-click it after spawning. You can have up to 3 pets active at once, rename them (with colors), ride them, and show them off.

Auction House:
You can view, sell, and list your items at the Auction House, just do /warp auction in game to teleport to the Auctioneer, Netherite Rank gets exclusive access to a virtual auction house and they can do /ah to open the Auction menu.
Battle Pass:
Skywind’s Battle Pass offers a wide range of rewards for both Free and Premium players. You earn Battle Pass rewards simply by spending playtime on the server.
You can view your Battle Pass progress and playtime using /battlepass, and claim your rewards from the same menu. If you purchase the Premium Battle Pass, you will also receive all rewards from the Free track.
Battle Passes are released in seasons, and each season features a new set of rewards. You can purchase the current Battle Pass here.
